WORKSHOPS
Qui trovate informazioni su workshop finora offerti a diverse tipologie di enti (enti di formazione, scuole di specializzazione in psicoterapia, campus internazionali di università estere) e contesti scolastici ed accademici (studenti liceali o universitari).

These workshops aim to be an introduction to Ecopsychology and Climate Psychology with a focus on Eco-Emotions in Clinical Practice.
The training aims to provide a theoretical and scientific framework to understand the phenomenon of eco-emotions from both a clinical and ecopsychological perspective.
It is specifically designed for psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists who wish to integrate specific knowledge to address mental health issues related to the environment.
It also aims to offer specific tools for assessment and intervention, including exercises derived from ecotherapy. Clinical cases are discussed to present practical strategies that clinicians can adopt to align their practice with the climatic and ecological challenges of our times. Additionally, professionals explore ways to contribute to strengthening eco-resilience in their communities and territories.
Here you'll find a webinar on these topics created for Giunti Psicologia.io.

Trainings for Mental Health Professionals on Climate Psychology and Ecopsychology

This interactive workshop uses the Climate Emotions Wheel to help participants explore their emotional responses to climate change. Through guided reflection and group discussions, attendees identify and express feelings such as grief, hope, anxiety, and empowerment, gaining a deeper understanding of how climate change impacts their mental and emotional well-being. The workshop also examines environmental identity, encouraging participants to reflect on how they see themselves in relation to nature and environmental issues. Through creative exercises, storytelling, and community dialogue, they explore their personal connections to the environment, their role in climate action, and ways to cultivate resilience and agency. The goal is to transform climate emotions into meaningful action while strengthening a shared sense of belonging and responsibility within the community.
Community Workshops on Climate Anxiety and Climate Emotions: transforming feelings into action

The workshop designed exclusively for college students and high school students will delve into the realm of climate anxiety and climate emotions. In the initial part of our session, we explore what climate emotions are, what exacerbates them, and how they manifest in everyday life, shedding light on the emotional toll that environmental concerns can have on our well-being. Recognizing the significance of mental health in the face of ecological challenges, the workshop then transitions into practical strategies and coping skills for managing eco-anxiety, with a central focus on fostering connection with nature.
Experiential exercises allow participants to experience how the natural world can serve as a powerful ally in promoting emotional resilience in the face of environmental uncertainty.
University and high school student Workshops

This experiential workshop guides participants through outdoor nature connection practices, environmental identity exploration, and resilience training based on Active Hope and Resilience Strenghtening by Chris Johnstone, co-author with Joanna Macy on the Work that Reconnects. Through immersive activities in nature, participants deepen their sensory awareness, strengthen their bond with the natural world, and reflect on their environmental identity—how they relate to and see themselves within the larger web of life. The workshop also introduces practical resilience tools, helping participants navigate eco-anxiety and climate grief while cultivating hope and agency. Using interactive exercises, storytelling, and group dialogue, attendees learn how to transform difficult emotions into meaningful action and develop a sense of belonging, purpose, and empowerment in facing environmental challenges.
